| TraceToolSet (c) 2001 Darrel Rader & Harry DonaghyThe TraceToolSet includes tools that allow a user of Rose and ReqPro to establish and maintain traceability between DESIGN requirements(a special requirement type) and Rose Elements (classes, operations, diagrams, etc.) The important concept to understand is that the requirement information is only stored within the ReqPro database. Rose is completely unaware of the existance of the corresponding element in ReqPro. Design requirements (those associated with Rose Elements) only exist in the ReqPro database if the user has created the relationship. Once the relationship exists, a user can then use the ReqToRose tool to go to the Rose element from the selected DESIGN Requirement. If the user changes information in the Rose Model, the sync tool can be used to update the ReqPro database. See the README that is included in the ZIP file for more information.
