Format Wizard v1.4

This package of goodies, for both Rose 98 and 98i, implements a set of Rose model formatting commands. The zip file contains a readme.txt file which includes installation and operation instructions. The source is included.

12/11/01 - Added the IsActor routine and an extra check when finding items available for formatting due to Rose regression on actor fill colour
24/01/01 - Standardised registry files for 2000e and above
17/04/00 - Support for Rose 2000e added
17/12/99 - Split the registry files and menu files to support Rose 98x and Rose2K. Rose2K now has a Format menu which behaves better than the older Rose Edit menu, the new menu file puts commands under here.
